We ran retail networks in Belgium and France: thirteen stores on one side, fifteen on the other. We lived through stock counts that never balanced, supplier orders that vanished, dashboards that arrived three weeks too late.

The tools on the market didn't answer. We wrote them ourselves — first for us, then for others. Today Click Lab designs those systems for companies living with the same constraints, across four countries.

The audiovisual and marketing divisions came from the same reflex: our clients needed images, sound and campaigns, and we would rather do it well ourselves than subcontract it badly.
